If you’ve opened your X DMs recently, you might have noticed it looks different. Maybe it even asked for your password to get in. Yes, X finally released its long-promised chat platform, simply called “Chat.”
It’s a big overhaul, adding end2end encryption, the ability to edit or delete messages, disappearing messages, and even screenshot notifications.
So, what do you think? Do you prefer the simple DMs of the past, or are you looking forward to a more full-featured, maybe even standalone, “Chat” app?
