Hi everyone,
My girlfriend does a lot of research on ChatGPT for school. I asked her what feature she wishes ChatGPT had the most — she said Threading.
It’s honestly painful having everything stacked in one long chat. When you ask multiple partial queries, the main context gets lost, and scrolling back to find a specific response you wanted to reference becomes a hassle. Plus, the chat length limit makes it even worse.
So, I built a Chrome extension called ThreadGPT — it lets you open threads in ChatGPT. You can start a thread from any specific response and continue the conversation in a sidebar. That thread stays linked to the original message and can be accessed anytime from there.
You can try it out with 10 free threads. Any feedback would be super appreciated!
